After months of preparation, excitement, and a few nerves, Isla has finally touched down on Kenyan soil! All the support from our sponsors has turned her dream into reality.
The journey was long, but Isla’s enthusiasm was unstoppable. The first couple of days have been all about acclimatising, meeting the team, and taking in their surroundings. Isla and the team have set up camp and are getting to know the community and learning about Kenyan culture, customs, and language. The experience is proving to be eye-opening already.
