Dylan Cooper has been in the recruitment industry for over 23 years. In 2003 he became director of an independent single sector agency, that grew into a multisector and regional business achieving a 16-million-pound turnover up to its sale in 2016. Dylan is a hands-on director with a service first philosophy in both peel technical and the group leader Peel Solutions.
Andy Smith is a retired Detective Superintendent after serving 25 years in Cheshire police. The last 6 years have been spent in recruitment in the peel solutions group law enforcement department. Andy is sure to build great connections with both candidates and clients. Some of the skills that he brings from his time in the force are honesty, integrity, resilience and Interpersonal communication.
Head of Marketing
Nina Walker has been in the marketing sector for over 11 years, 6 of those years exclusively in recruitment. Her areas of expertise include content marketing, personal branding, social media just to name a few. These focuses help with our main goal – to improve the Candidate and Client experience.
Head of Payroll
Emma Conneely has worked in accounting for her whole working life. Starting off in admin she has worked her way up through the ranks to Head of payroll and Accounts. With 13 years experience in the field, Emma is well aware of the problems that could arise in recruitment payroll and she tackles these head first before it can happen.
Rachael Keoghan is office manager. With her strong organisational skills and attention to detail, she keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently. Rachael is always approachable and supportive, making her a great resource for team members, clients and candidates with questions or concerns.
Lucia De Felice
Lucia is Branch Manager. She is a leader in consistently meeting and exceeding business goals and has always gone the extra mile to ensure that our candidates and clients receive the best possible service. She goes above and beyond and this shows in the excellent feedback she receives.
Terri is a Recruitment Consultant. Leveraging her keen eye for talent and exceptional interpersonal skills. Her proactive nature and dedicated approach shine through in her ability to secure top-notch candidates who add value to any team.
Erin is Office Support. With her strong communication skills and attention to detail, Erin is able to assist our team members in various tasks. Her positive attitude and hardworking nature shines through.
