This year, Isla our director Andy Smith’s 14-year-old daughter is setting off on an four-week expedition to Kenya with Camps International and her high school. This journey is more than just travel; it’s a chance for Isla to work on vital community, wildlife, and conservation projects that will make a real difference for local people and the environment.
What Isla Will Be Doing
During her time in Kenya, Isla will be:

Helping Local Communities: Working alongside Kenyan communities to improve schools, build essential infrastructure, and support local families.

Wildlife Conservation: Taking part in projects to protect endangered species and their habitats, learning about the challenges of human-wildlife conflict, and helping to create solutions.
