We are currently recruiting for a SEND Administrator in Bolton.
Pay rate: 11.14 per hour.
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose:
You will assist the Business Manager in ensuring the SEND Assessment Service fulfils its statutory duties both effectively and efficiently. This will include providing advice regarding the EHC Needs Assessment process and the Annual Review process to the users of the SEND Assessment Service, working effectively with team members to help support and improve the work of the team and planning, organising, and developing your work to meet specified requirements and deadlines.
You will be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships and respond appropriately to the needs of colleagues and customers and be able to work as part of a team. You will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Skills:
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
- proven literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to exchange basic information verbally or in writing.
- Understanding of the activities of the work section.
- Preparing clearly defined documents/presentations.
- Production of straightforward automated or routine reports to support basic information procedures.
- Making routine arrangements and bookings according to clearly defined instructions.
- Receiving visitors and providing/requesting basic information in a courteous and correct manner to promote a positive image of the client.
