We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Bolton.
Pay rate: £12.25 per hour.
Hours: Wednesday start time at 1.30pm – 5pm, Thursday and Friday 9am – 5pm.
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose:
To provide Administrative Services to Independent Living Services.
Duties:
- Photocopying, filing, typing, recording information onto databases and covering Reception.
- Arranging appointments for delivery/pick up of equipment.
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and processes including standard and non-standard software packages
- Obtaining standard data and information to create documents or answer straightforward queries.
- Preparation of standard and non-standard documentation, for example reports, presentations and letters. This may require the use and integration of a range of computer-based procedures and standard software packages.
- Performing straightforward interpretation, analysis and manipulation of data, tasks, or information.
- Receiving and responding to enquiries from/to customers judging when to pass on more complex queries or to involve others.
- Minute taking.
Skills and Requirements:
- Competencies to NVQ administration or customer service Level 2 standard
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and processes including standard and non-standard software packages
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with work priorities of unit
