We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Bedfordshire.

 

Pay rate: £12.85 PAYE / £16.30 umbrella – per hour (paid weekly)

Hours: This is a hybrid office-based position, 37 hrs per week (Mon -Fri).

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing

 

Purpose:  You will be dealing with phone and email enquiries from tenants and residents about matters relating to their tenancies. We will provide you with full support and training in managing these processes using our standard procedures and documents.

 

Duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for the service
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of tenant enquiries
  • Updating housing database and saving documents to Share point files

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Communicating with a wide range of residents is a key requirement of the role. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator with the ability to show empathy, explain processes clearly and respond sensitively to residents and their needs.
