We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Kent.

 

Pay rate: 16.68 per hour.

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing

Department: Referencing and vetting.

 

Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to safeguard the people and infrastructure of the client through effective security vetting. Conducting vetting checks within the guidance set by the client.

 

Duties: 

  • Maintain, update and vetting documents/files to ensure that the system is accurate.
  • Able to prioritise your own work according to targets set within the unit.
  • Working in the renewals team supporting existing staff with their renewal vetting applications.
  • Tracking vetting expiry dates and updating an excel spreadsheet.
  • Sending emails chasing staff to complete vetting renewals.
  • Manage mailboxes and respond to emails.
  • Liaising with senior members of staff.

  • Experience and understanding of Met IT systems, Outlook, Word, Excel
