We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Kent.
Pay rate: 16.68 per hour.
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Department: Referencing and vetting.
Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to safeguard the people and infrastructure of the client through effective security vetting. Conducting vetting checks within the guidance set by the client.
Duties:
- Maintain, update and vetting documents/files to ensure that the system is accurate.
- Able to prioritise your own work according to targets set within the unit.
- Working in the renewals team supporting existing staff with their renewal vetting applications.
- Tracking vetting expiry dates and updating an excel spreadsheet.
- Sending emails chasing staff to complete vetting renewals.
- Manage mailboxes and respond to emails.
- Liaising with senior members of staff.

- Ability to stay calm under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Experience and understanding of Met IT systems, Outlook, Word, Excel
