We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Bolton.
Pay rate: £12.25 per hour.
Hours: 18.50 hrs per week (part time position)
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing.
Duties:
- Office cover – answering and diverting calls.
- Passing on client information to duty officer.
- Inputting referrals onto database/liquid logic.
- Typing letters, using Microsoft Office, typing, photocopying, filing, archiving etc.
- Any other administration tasks required.
Core skills:
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and processes including. standard and non-standard software packages.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with work priorities of unit.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
- proven literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to exchange basic information verbally or in writing.
- understanding of the activities of the work section.
