We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Bolton.

 

Pay rate: £12.25 per hour.

Hours: 18.50 hrs per week (part time position)

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing.

 

Duties:

  • Office cover – answering and diverting calls.
  • Passing on client information to duty officer.
  • Inputting referrals onto database/liquid logic.
  • Typing letters, using Microsoft Office, typing, photocopying, filing, archiving etc.
  • Any other administration tasks required.

 

Core skills:

  • Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and processes including. standard and non-standard software packages.
  • Proven written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with work priorities of unit.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • proven literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to exchange basic information verbally or in writing.
  • understanding of the activities of the work section.
