We are currently recruiting for an Administrator in Bolton.
Pay rate: 11.18 per hour.
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Duties:
- Taking messages, diverting calls to appropriate person
- Procurement orders – stationery and goods
- Typing, Filing, Photocopying Scanning
- Inputting data to inhouse database/spreadsheets etc
- Making appointments with clients for Disability officers
- Obtaining standard data and information to create documents or answer straightforward queries.
- Preparation of standard and non-standard documentation, for example reports, presentations, and letters. This may require the use and integration of a range of computer-based procedures and standard software packages.
- Performing straightforward interpretation, analysis and manipulation of data, tasks, or information
- Receiving and responding to enquiries from/to customers judging when to pass on more complex queries on or to involve others.
- Minute taking
Skills:
- Competencies to NVQ administration or customer service Level 2 standard
• Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and processes including standard and non-standard software packages
• Proven written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with work priorities of unit
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
• proven literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to exchange basic information verbally or in writing
• understanding of the activities of the work section
