We are currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager based in London.
Pay rate: £600 – per day (paid weekly)
Hours: Full time – Hybrid role
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Duties:
- Develop plans for communication and engagement and lead on the drafting of communication products by working closely across the programme and other key stakeholders to ensure they prepare people appropriately for the change.
- Develop training plans via TNA and recommend training approaches that best mitigate the impacts of change placed upon a number of different user groups who will range from professionals within HR/Finance/Commercial to Frontline Police Officers
- Identifying and building relationships to create channels that enables feedback to flow in and out to ensure there is understanding of business appetite/priorities/adoption etc.
- Work closely with other Business Change Specialists across Programmes to align change activity to deliver a co-ordinated approach to communications and engagement to minimise impact on impacted users
