We are currently recruiting for a Control Centre Officer in Manchester.
Pay: £24.19 per hour
Purpose:
To deliver a 24/7 multi modal control room. Contributing to the function lead on incidents/events whilst continuing to deliver the organisation expectation
Requirements:
- Prioritise complex and technical data to identify fluctuations to initiate interventions and act accordingly to support the operation of the network.
- Experience of collation of information and dissemination to both internal/external stakeholders to defined deadlines.
- Experience of working with various databases/information systems to ascertain performance levels whilst maintaining confidentiality agreements and adhering to the Data Protection Act
- Experience of working in a busy multi agency environment, providing ad hoc information to various audiences with the ability to identify any conflicts in operational activity
- Experience of providing excellent customer service in various formats to stakeholders, operators and customers in various formats
- Ability to respond positively to varying workloads in a pressurised environment.
- Extract important data from a various streams, and act in a prompt and accurate manner
