We are currently recruiting for a Control Centre Support Officer in Manchester.
Pay: £17.11 per hour
OFFICE BASED
STANDARD DBS REQUIRED
3 MONTH CONTRACT
Purpose:
To deliver a 24/7 multi modal operational response. To Lead on incident and event management, in order to deliver an effective and cohesive organisational response.
Accountabilities:

- Analyse and validate technical data to identify live network issues, and respond to support the operation of the transport network
- Experience of maintaining confidentiality agreements and adhering to relevant data protection legislation
- Ability to work in a busy multi agency environment, providing information to various audiences and the ability to identify any conflicts in operational activity
- Experience of providing excellent customer service in various formats to stakeholders and customers
- Ability to manage varying workloads effectively in a pressurised environment
- Experience of working with various software and systems packages, knowledge of Microsoft core application suite
- Ability to use logging systems to record information/ data from a range of sources in real time accurately
