We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationships Manager in Kent.
Pay rate: £387.79 to £464.94/UMB £500 – £600 per day.
Hours: 36 hours per week.
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose:
The role holder will be required to lead and develop a team to enhance the overall fleet operation and ensure that we meet operational demands and keep London safe by ensuring a safe, fit-for-purpose and available in the most efficient and cost effective way.
Required Experience:
- Managing customer relationships at senior levels.
- Demonstrable experience of managing customer service delivery teams in similar complex, customer focused environments
- Managing service performance levels with customers
- Proven experience in building and managing customer relationships
- Experience of ensuring compliance with controls and processes, evaluating effectiveness and efficiency, and development of recovery plans.
- Managing change across complex multiple stakeholder and customer landscapes and in customer service environments.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 qualification (ILM L5, HND or similar or higher) in a numerate business, management or related field or equivalent experience.
