We are currently recruiting for an Customer Services Officer based in Nottinghamshire.
Pay rate: £11.44 PAYE or £14.31 Umbrella
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Contract Hours: Full- time post: Monday 08:30 to 17:00 Tuesday 08:30 to 17:00 Wednesday 08:30 to 17:00 Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 Friday – 08:30 to 16:30
The main duties include operating the Council switchboard. This is a busy section, handling up to 1000 telephone calls each week.
As a Customer Services Assistant you’ll be talking to lots of different people who call up. Sorting out any questions they have and transferring to the correct department they wish to access. Previous experience for this type of role is essential. Training will be provided.
