We are currently recruiting for a Document Reader based in Lancashire.
Pay rate: £19.19 PAYE- per hour (paid weekly)
Hours: Full time – office based, however there may be opportunity for some agile/home working
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose: To provide leadership, and investigative expertise to prevent and investigate Major Crime throughout Lancashire.
Perform the role of Document Reader/File Prep Officer within Major Incident Rooms (MIRs). To deliver professional, efficient and effective case file preparation of homicide & complex cases. Support the FMIT officers by assuming responsibility for the prosecution file whilst providing advice and assistance on matters relating to the preparation of prosecution files.
Essential Experience:
- Must have experience of investigating Major Crime.
- Must have Detective/PIP2 or equivalent experience.
