We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Performance Analyst in London (E3). This is a Hybrid role.
Pay rate: 500-600 per day Umbrella / £387.79 – £464.94 PAYE per day
Purpose:
The Solution Delivery Portfolio Performance Analyst (PPA) is responsible for executing assurance of the Solution Delivery Integration Management (SDIM) and Solution Provider services against the project and programme management frameworks set by the Head of Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and supply chain. This includes the project and programme governance, reporting (including financial) and RAID management frameworks, ensuring adherence to the lifecycle framework.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Strong portfolio management skills including good understanding of Finance & Financial tracking.
- The ability to use analytical skills to distil key insights from project and programme reporting.
- Able to establish strong working stakeholder relationships with both suppliers and key internal stakeholders at Senior Manager Level.
- Able to present with confidence to a variety of audiences including the senior management team.
- Strong & demonstrable communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word & Outlook.
Essential:
- Experience in Portfolio Management functions.
- Experience in Business Case development, writing, reviewing and assurance with an understanding of different Investment Paper Governance routes.
- Experience of ICT project and programme delivery processes.
- The post holder will demonstrate practical experience of using collaborative problem solving, dependency management and risk mitigation methodologies.
- Experience of Project Management processes & RAID.
Qualifications
- Higher education – Degree or significant experience in this area
- Project Management Certification – To Practitioner level (or equivalent)
