We are currently recruiting for a Process Improvement Analyst based in London.

Pay rate: £400 – £450 umbrella – per day (paid weekly)

Hours: Full time – Office hours – Hybrid role (3 days in office per week)

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing

Purpose:  As Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the current rostering process. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to enhance operational performance and improve the user experience. The role will involve analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and deploying solutions.

  • Best Practice: Employ such methods as Lean Six Sigma or similar to eliminate waste and reduce variation in processes, leading to significant improvements
  • Data Analysis: Use data and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies, track progress, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of CI initiatives
  • Change Management: Work alongside the Change team and the User Experience Team to ensure alignment and shared understanding to allow the implementation of changes smoothly, addressing resistance and ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Training and Coaching: Sharing your knowledge and skills with others to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
  • PMO: managing the development log and having regular review meetings with all resolver groups to monitor and report on progress
  • Future Design: to be involved in the future design of the new rostering system to ensure future optimisation is maximised
