We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lead Administrator in Bolton.
Pay rate: 12.74 per hour.
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Department: Children’s & Adult Services
Purpose:
To assist the Admin Manager in ensuring the Department fulfils its primary purpose both effectively and efficiently.
Duties:
- Assist with the delivery of Business Support and reception services within an integrated operational service environment across the Family Hubs in Bolton.
- Contribute to the management, development, and implementation of Business Support services.
- Work effectively with other team members and contribute to improving the work of the team.
- Plan and develop your work to meet specified requirements and deadlines.
- Record, store, and supply information
- Communicate information using systems available.
- Support and maintain the use of information systems including databases.
- To be responsible for research, preparation, and presentation of a range of documents from various sources to specified deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain documents for storage and archiving following Departmental and the client’s guidelines.
- Manage and organise the monitoring, ordering, and distributing of specified goods and services.
- Attend meetings to take complex and intense notes/minutes and produce appropriate final documentation.
- Transcribe and produce documents from recorded speech.
Essential Experience/Skills:
– To be able to take minutes of meetings
– Experience at supervisory level
– Experience of using a range of computer software packages and systems
