We are currently recruiting for a Support Officer in Rutland.
Pay rate: £16.10 PAYE / £20.51 umbrella – per hour (paid weekly)
Location: Oakham, Rutland – Please note a full driving licence is required for this role to enable travel to all sites across the county. You may be asked to work at any of the sites in Rutland.
Hours: Full time (37hrs per week)
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose: You will support the operations within libraries and will work on a number of projects including Holiday Activities and Food. The successful applicant will work closely with all areas of the Living Well Rutland service and will report to the Service Manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Educated to A level or equivalent administrator experience
- Experienced in supervising people and managing staff rotas
- Experienced at setting up systems and processes to reduce the need for manual input.
- Experience of tracking information and data.
- A team player with the ability to be self-directed.
