Trauma Informed Police & Multi Agency Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a Trauma Informed Police & Multi Agency Trainer based in Lancashire.

Pay rate: £16.90 PAYE – per hour (paid weekly)

Hours: Part time (22 hrs per week)

Contract duration: Temporary ongoing

Duties:

• Identify the core training needs in relation to Trauma Informed Policing.
• Design and deliver training in the most appropriate way, having regards to the subject matter, the needs of the organisation, the needs of the group or the individual.
• Develop, deliver and maintain lesson plans, course learning descriptors and relevant course material
• Provide guidance and support to staff in identifying learning needs and advise thereon.
• Advise and support in the preparation and production of the annual training plan.
• Produce/analyse and communicate management information and statistical data.
• Evaluate training courses when appropriate.
• Provide a customer focussed environment conducive to learners needs.
• Carry out any other duties which are consistent with the nature, responsibilities and grading of the post.

Essential Experience:

• Training or teaching qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 4.

Desirable Experience:

• Trauma Informed knowledge and practice in an operational context particularly policing, schools, social care or the wider health system.
