We are currently recruiting for a User Experience Analyst based in London.
Pay rate: £400 – £450 umbrella – per day (paid weekly)
Hours: Full time – Office hours – Hybrid role (3 days in office per week)
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose: As the User Experience Analyst, you will contribute to the development of the UX vision, deliver exceptional user experiences, and drive outcomes in line with the complex operational requirements of the organisation. It is critical that this role builds strong relationships and operating practices with cross-functional teams and our ideal candidate will have a track record of imparting an analytical mindset to simplify complex UX challenges. This role will also work in partnership with the Change Team at a workstream and programme level.
Duties:
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
- Analyse user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Research competitor products and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Design visually appealing and engaging user interfaces that align with organisation guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Testing and Iteration:
- Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure designs are accessible to all users.
- Create clear and concise user interface materials.
- Keep up to date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
